I have been brainstorming ways on how I can decorate above my cabinets and I have seen EAT spelled everywhere and thought it was cute. So cute, that I bought 9″ letters and made my own. Here are the letters I created:
Here they are before they are hung…notice they are glitter ;) And here they are hung above my cabinets. I absolutely love them! Here is what you’ll need:
- Three 9″ letters spelling EAT (Michael’s $2.99 each *used a 25% off coupon for entire order)
- Scrapbook paper in coordinating colors (Michael’s)
- Mod Podge
- Scissors
- Pencil
Place the scrapbook paper on top of your letter and then flip over and trace. Cut inside your line. Use the Mod Podge to adhere the paper to the letter. Hang your work and you are done. Easy peasy! It’s so easy I’m going to be doing a lot of these projects throughout the house. I might not be glitterizing all of them in the future but hey, I love glitter and sparkling things!
