Rotel Sausage Dip
These 3 ingredients are all you need to WOW your guests. I got this recipe years ago at my previous place of employment and ever since, people beg for this recipe. We like ours a little hot but you can always go with mild.
- 1 lb of HOT Sausage
- 2 blocks of cream cheese
- 1 can of HOT Ro*tel
Pre-heat the oven to 350. Brown the sausage until it’s cooked thoroughly. Cut the blocks of cream cheese into cubes. Place the sausage and cream cheese in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove and stir in the can of rotel. Place back in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Once its good and bubbly serve with your favorite chips.
If you prefer, you can always do this in the crockpot a couple of hours ahead of time. We do this a lot especially when we are taking this as an appetizer to another party.
I hope y’all enjoy it as much as we do.
