Well, I wanted to show you a craft tutorial today but my weekend was so busy I didn’t get anything done…boo! I bought all the stuff to make Alec’s gift for his teacher for year end but plan on making it soon. I thought I would share with you what I plan on making as well as some other fun teacher gift ideas. Also, Teacher Appreciation Week is May 7-11 with Teacher Appreciation Day being Tuesday, May 8. These gift ideas would be perfect!
DIY kinda girl made this beautiful monogrammed wedding gift and I thought it would be perfect for a teacher gift. I have bought all the supplies but just need to make it. I hope she isn’t reading this post but if she is, oh well. I hope she loves it! I went to her Facebook page to figure out the year she got married, sneaky
Another great gift idea that you could make is a Monogrammed door mat. At Home in the northwest shows us how to make one.
Brooklyn Limestone shows us a great way to spruce up a plate from the Dollar Tree. Maybe it would be fun to get all the kids to sign it and put in the middle of the plate, Thanks for Teaching us 2011-2012. If you could find out her favorite lyrics to a song or bible verse, that would be even better.
The Housewife Rookie shows us a unique way to gift a cook book. Wrap in a kitchen towel and insert wooden spoons. Love this gift for a teacher!
Little Pumpkin Grace and Hudson too shows us all kind of Teacher appreciation gifts but I love this one from the post:
The Rachel Berry Blog also has a ton of Teacher Appreciation ideas, first day of school gift ideas and last day of school gift ideas. I love this one!
Echos of Laughter shares how to make a personalized clipboard. This would make a cute and great gift:
I love The Idea Room and I love these monogrammed hand sanitizer and soap dispensers. She even has a free download for the monogram:
Teacher’s are always in need of additional supplies. What’s Scrapping created this adorable school supply cake:
