Weigh In Wednesday is better late than never, right? Well, as I am writing this post I just got done eating a Hershey’s chocolate bar. I got nothing this week. I have not been back to the gym since my stomach virus but I WILL GET BACK. The good news is I haven’t gained any of the weight back I lost so I am still on track.
Summer makes it hard. You have the kids at home, the pool is calling your name, I am in a purging/cleaning mood and need time for crafting too So, to overcome all this I need to create a schedule. If I don’t, I won’t stick to it. I used a schedule in the corporate world and scheduled my day everyday. I just need to use the same technique at home.
